Easily fits all rotational presses for tiles production

With the same features of the Automatic Drawing Conveyor Mod. OM50/F, it is also equipped with automatic direct washing unit for the production of “WASH BETON” tiles; this offers the double advantage of eliminating the use of chemical retardant paper and avoiding the double handling of the tiles, resulting in rationalization of production process and cost reduction.

The special iron-rubber suckers allow the taking of the tiles with homogeneous distribution on the whole surface of the elevated suction power of the vacuum pump installed.

Equipped with a chain-driven conveyor that drives and automatically positions metallic containers.

Technical Features

Automated robotic system for the collection, direct washing and storage of fresh tiles:

  • Aerial extraction blade with overhead connecting rod to guarantee space for collecting the washing water;

  • Automatic washing unit with variable speed and special inox nozzles;

  • Vacuum suction unit composed by double vacuum pump;

  • Interchangeable pick-up group;

  • Translation and rotation speeds managed by electronic drive;

  • Electric Control Panel with programmable PLC logic and Touch-Screen panel for the management and supervision of machine.

The production capacity is approximately 5 cycles per minute;
