The Washing System For Granulates Mod. OM252/D is specifically designed for the screening and washing of marble and granite grits before their use in the automatic batching plant; by vibration and shower washing takes place the complete separation from the powders, a process which significantly improves the quality of the produced tiles.

The system is composed by a truncated-pyramid hopper (standard dimensions 2500x2000x2000mm), a vibrant duct for the discharge of the grits on the conveyor belt, robust vibrating screen machine complete with washing unit and conveyor belt for conveying the washed grits towards the storage area.

The Vibrating Screen machine is designed to operate under harsh operating conditions, resulting to be extremely efficient and productive; it is constituted by a vibrating body with considerable strength and rigidity, by a vibrating unit with adjustable eccentric masses and with shaft on bearings with oscillating rollers specific for vibrating machines, as well as by an elastic support system on helical springs.
Complete of a shower washing unit with nozzles for full blade jets arranged to cover the entire section of the screening surface.
